My younger brother (15) and I (21) went and had an awesome time. We had a Groupon so it was only $30 each and we we there for almost 4 hours! The staff is great and the course is amazing. I have been to other similar course before and while they all have something special this one may have been the best.
Received a Groupon to go up for my birthday. We called and scheduled 3 hours between 5-8 on a Saturday. They guaranteed us the full 3 hours after asking multiple times. We live in Philadelphia was this was a a bit of a drive to get up there. Around 3:30 they called us and asked us if we could get there earlier because they would be closing early that day. It was a good thing we had left early. Upon arrive the desk help told us they normally close at 6:30 and that the call center who had guaranteed us 3 hours did not know the proper times, even though their website said 8. The shuttle drive told us they close at 7 and the workers that worked the zip lines said 6:15. The desk could not understand why we would be upset and said at least she called us because she saw our reservation was late. I did not understand why if she knew that, that she did not call us at least a day in advance, not an hour and half before our reservation.
Don't know where the negative reviews came from. Smooth process from beginning to end. Great adventure course. Been to many others and this was amount the best. All staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

The staff was great, They help everyone with the gear & some prepping on how to use the gear before even heading up to the obstacle. If you love climbing or want to face your fear of heights.. this is the place to come. We've traveled from nyc & will do it again for next season.. We were told not to bring anything with us to the attraction. When we arrived around 4:30 the refreshment stand was being packed up. They also had a water jug on site which was empty. There was nothing to drink as you climb around in very humid weather.
Overall this was a terrible experience at not worth traveling to. I would not recommend this to anyone. Everyone has a different story and they seem to just tell you whatever they want to get your money and then get you out of there as quick as possible.
In regards to the negative reviews, we went at 12:30 (same day reservation) so we didn't have any issues with the closing time.
According to their policy you must complete each difficulty of course before moving on to the next one. We completed three courses before they shut us down at 6:15, so the majority of our time was spend on simple obstacles. All the group wanted to do was try the most difficult obstacles they had there, but our shortened did not allow for this. When we got back to talk to someone at the front desk, everyone had went home for the day.
